About Blazer Elite Academy
Blazer Elite Academy roots are planted in the old Fritz Forbes Panthers Basketball club all the way back in the early 1980's. It evolved into Blazers Basketball Club in the late 1990's and stayed their for almost 15 years were the main focus was just on the members of the club.
In late 2013 Coach Kevin Harvey spoke with the visionary of Blazers Basketball about expanding the reach of the club and that was the birth of Blazer Elite Academy. Over the next few years Blazer Elite opened sites in Turks & Caicos, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago and of Course the Bahamas. Since Blazer Elite has opened it's doors to the wider Bahamas and Caribbean it has helped over 250 students to pursue their dreams of playing sports abroad.
Evolution has now come to Blazer Elite Academy. We have adjusted the name to Blazer Elite Sports Academy and will be Officially Opening in September 2023 for Grades 7-12, along with a prep component. Come join the Fun.
